This is a minor rework to make Plum's kit synergize better, focus more on her theme of being a support that encourages risky and aggressive play, and some general QoL improvements.

- swapped skittish for slippery 

- swapped slicer cost to yellow and yellow/purple (2 Y/P at level 3) just so it actually combos with accident

- swapped accident cost to red and red (R and R/B at level 3, then 2 R/B at level 4) 

- Replaced the movement refresh on Accident with granting the target Focus

- swapped pastry cost from 2 P/B to 2 B/P so it prioritizes taking blues instead of stealing the purples early
